To maintain quality and professionalism on our platform, we have established a code of conduct to protect the rights of tutors, students, and parents. By registering and using this platform, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Any violations may result in penalties, including the suspension or termination of your account.
1. Honesty and Professionalism
1.1 Accurate Information
- All tutors must provide truthful and accurate personal information, including but not limited to education, teaching experience, and certifications. If any false information is found, the platform reserves the right to terminate cooperation immediately.
1.2 Professional Teaching
- Tutors must have the appropriate teaching qualifications and knowledge to provide high-quality educational services. You are responsible for preparing sufficient lesson materials and delivering quality instruction on time.
1.3 Preparation and Teaching Attitude
- Tutors should prepare adequately for each lesson to ensure that the content meets the needs of the student. You should maintain a professional attitude, encouraging students and guiding them based on their progress.
1.4 Academic Integrity
- Tutors must adhere to the principles of academic integrity. It is strictly prohibited for tutors to take exams or complete assignments on behalf of students. Tutors should guide students in learning how to solve problems rather than providing them with direct answers. Violations of this clause will be considered a serious offense and may result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action.
2. Time Management and Punctuality
2.1 Punctuality
- Tutors must be punctual for all scheduled lessons. Unexcused lateness or absence will affect your rating and credibility on the platform. If changes to the schedule are necessary, notify students or parents at least 24 hours in advance.
2.2 Lesson Cancellation and Rescheduling
- If tutors need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, they must do so through the platform’s official channels and notify students in advance. Frequent cancellations will negatively impact your account rating.
3. Interaction with Students and Parents
3.1 Respect for Students and Parents
- Tutors should treat all students and parents with respect and professionalism. Any form of discrimination, inappropriate language, or disrespect towards students will result in severe penalties.
3.2 Post-Lesson Communication and Feedback
- Tutors are expected to regularly communicate students’ progress with parents or students, providing necessary feedback after lessons to ensure continued improvement.
3.3 In-Platform Communication
- All communication between tutors and students/parents must occur within the platform. Exchanging personal contact details or conducting transactions outside the platform is prohibited and will result in penalties.
3.4 During the Course
- For online courses, teachers should keep their video cameras on at all times to increase student engagement.
- For online courses, teachers are expected to dress appropriately. Strictly prohibited behaviors include being shirtless or wearing inappropriate attire (e.g., tank tops, undergarments). Violators will first receive a warning, and repeated offenses may result in temporary suspension of account access.

4. Platform Rules and Fee Structure
4.1 Platform Fees and Transactions
- All lesson transactions and payments must be processed through the platform. Any form of private transaction is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule may result in immediate termination and recovery of any financial losses.
4.2 Platform Commission
- The platform will charge a service fee for each successful lesson transaction. The specific percentage will be outlined in the platform’s terms and conditions. Tutors must agree to and accept this fee structure.
5. Ratings and Feedback
5.1 Accepting Feedback
- After each lesson, students or parents can leave feedback for tutors. Tutors must accept both positive and negative feedback and work to improve their teaching quality based on the comments.
5.2 Responding Appropriately
- If you have concerns or disputes regarding feedback, you may appeal or respond through the platform’s official channels. Any inappropriate responses or offensive remarks will result in penalties.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
6.1 Student Privacy Protection
- Tutors must protect the personal information and privacy of students and parents. Unauthorized sharing of personal information or commercial use of data is strictly prohibited.
6.2 Platform Data Protection
- Tutors must adhere to the platform’s data protection rules and are prohibited from downloading, copying, or transferring platform data or content without authorization.
7. Penalties
7.1 Violation Penalties
- Minor Violations: For unexcused absences or failure to comply with time management rules, the platform may issue a warning and deduct part of the lesson fee as a penalty.
- Severe Violations: In cases involving false information, private transactions, or inappropriate behavior towards students or parents, the platform reserves the right to immediately terminate cooperation, suspend your account, and pursue legal action.
7.2 Account Suspension
- The platform reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts at any time if tutors violate the rules or engage in inappropriate behavior. The platform may also report the violation to relevant authorities if necessary.
8. General Provisions
- These rules apply to all tutors on the platform. The platform reserves the right to update the code of conduct based on operational needs, and any updates will be communicated to tutors via email. By continuing to use the platform, you agree to the revised terms.
