William (NTU Foreign Languages and Literatures)

Hello, my name is William.

I graduated from the Department of Foreign Languages and Literatures at National Taiwan University. My teaching approach is meticulous and well-structured — I prepare tailored materials for every lesson to ensure that each class is focused, effective, and aligned with my students’ learning goals.

I pride myself on being empathetic and insightful when it comes to understanding my students. I take the time to analyze their mindset and circumstances, including their experiences at school and home, and offer thoughtful advice to help them develop a more positive and productive attitude toward learning.

In addition to teaching English literature, I specialize in guiding students in writing and speaking, with expertise in standardized tests such as IELTS and TOEFL. I also offer coaching for the English sections of exams like the SAT and ACT. My goal is to equip my students with the skills and confidence they need to excel, both academically and personally.
